We value your feedback as much as our rented residents. We will offer you the opportunity to provide feedback on the services that we provide you.

Shared Owners are invited to become a Resident Contact; this allows them to do as much or as little as they have time for. We regularly write to offer contacts the opportunities to complete a questionnaire, attend a meeting or go on a training course.

Our resident involvement team are also able to help in community projects or in facilitating meetings; this might be to discuss a specific issue or to let you know about any changes in your area.
