Homeowners
This section is for homeowners. Our homeowners come under various guises: 
  • You may part own your home (Shared Owner)
  • Or have bought a home from us on a low cost/affordable scheme
  • Or exclusively own your property but be connected to a service that we provide (Leaseholder)

As the owner you will be responsible for the running and maintenance of your home but there may be certain services that we provide. This may be sewerage, communal area maintenance or maintenance of the structural bricks and mortar of your home.

You will find information here about service charges, what to do when you want to sell your property, repairs and how we can help in your community.
