This part of the Marches Housing Association website has been
created especially for current and prospective tenants. It
has been designed to give you a comprehensive guide to services,
advice and information offered by the association.
You will find everything you need to know about your home
and your tenancy in this section. You can report a repair
or get advice on anything from how to pay your rent to putting
up a satellite dish.
The views of tenants are important, we try to get people actively
involved in shaping the future of the association, you can
find out how on this part of the website.
Each year we carry out an annual status survey to obtain
tenants' views and opinions.
New Feature - My Marches Services
We can now offer our customers an interactive web page, where you can access your rent account and repairs history on-line, 24 hours a day. You can also use My Marches Services to contact us about your rent account, report repairs on-line, tell us about abandoned vehicles - in fact, you can contact us about almost anything you think we need to know.
To access these new services, you will need to go to the Tenants Zone, and then select My Marches Services. You will need to register for the service before you can use it, and to log in each time you access the service.
