 Marches
Housing Association is part of the Jephson Housing Association
Group. It was formed in 1993 to take on the ownership and
management of all the homes previously owned by Leominster
District Council.
The Association provides housing for rent in Herefordshire,
Shropshire and Worcestershire. It currently owns around 1,980
Properties. It also manages around 450 rented and shared ownership
properties on behalf of Jephson. In addition it manages around
100 properties on behalf of private landlords.
The Association is an Industrial and Provident Society
with charitable objectives and social landlord. This
provides our tenants with the reassurance that Marches
operates to provide good quality housing and services
to people in housing need. In addition it also provides
homes with rents that they are able to afford.
In addition to our general stock we have 9 sheltered
housing schemes for those over 60 wishing to maintain
an independent way of life in a secure and friendly
environment.
Working in partnership with Herefordshire Council
we have developed a variety of supported living homes
that provide independent tenancies for people with
special needs.
At Marches we try to provide our customers with an excellent
service. We have a team of staff who provide the front line
service to our tenants.
