We’re taking a new approach to test how satisfied residents are with Jephson homes and services – and help to hold us to account.
From April 2012, we’re introducing a fresh, continuous survey to get feedback and ideas from residents. The STAR survey (Survey of Tenants And Residents) is a new, standard survey for use by all social housing providers. But we’ve worked with customers from the Customer Service and Resident Involvement Group to tailor the questions exactly to Jephson’s needs.
Our researchers, the Arena Partnership, will send out the new, eight-question, postal survey to a sample of residents each quarter, asking people about their views on how we’re doing and their priorities for the future.
Remember, your feedback is essential in helping to shape our services – so when you receive the STAR survey, please send it back as soon as you can.
