Date: 5th February 2010 Property Care Partnership were appointed as Marches repairs contractor for their 2700 properties across the three counties back in April 2008; since this contract was initiated less than 12 months previous a great milestone has been crossed. Ten thousand repairs have been carried out to resident’s homes.  A Leominster family were happy to celebrate the 10,000 repair which was carried out on their property with Marches staff member Paula Pritchard. Sonia and Adrian were keen to praise the work of PCP and Marches Housing saying that “the staff are always helpful, work is carried out promptly and sometimes with more work being taken on than expected”. Steve Williams, PCP Contract Manager said “we are proud that the work we are doing with Marches is achieving 96% satisfaction from the residents and are looking forward to the continuing partnership with Marches over the coming years.”
