About Us
Marches Housing Association manages around 2,800 homes in Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Shropshire and the Forest of Dean.

These are either rented or sold through low-cost shared ownership schemes to people in housing need. The Association is an exempt charity which was formed following the transfer of housing stock from Leominster District Council in 1994, and joined the Jephson Housing Association Group as a subsidiary in May 1996. Jephson Housing Association Group has been a key player in affordable housing for over 40 years and manages over 16,000 homes throughout the country.
