Payment by Direct Debit is a convenient and hassle free way to pay rent straight from your bank account. It offers a payment guarantee - if we or the bank make any errors, an immediate refund will be made to your bank account. You will be notified 14 days in advance of any changes which are going to be made. Please allow enough time for your payment to reach us.

You can make payments, weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly via this method. 

Every customer receives a swipe payment card, issued by Co-op - which has a unique reference number.  You can use this card to make payments at any of the following outlets nationwide: 

                

Simply present your payment card along with your cash or cheque payment at the counter. You will receive a printed receipt. Look out for the payzone and paypoint logo at your local corner shop or garage.

You can use your swipe card and debit card to make a payment over the telephone. You can ring the Marches office on 01568610100. You will need your swipe card reference number (19 digits) and your debit/credit card details, plus the amount you wish to pay.
