Application advice
In order to draw up a short list for interview, we will assess each application against the person specification. Therefore, your application form is vital, & you must ensure that you have read the person specification.
Only use a continuation sheet where necessary - don't give too much information.
Do not enclose a CV unless the Job packs specifically state that CV's can be sent.
Try to present your application as neatly as possible. You may prefer to type the form rather than writing it by hand.
It is important to tell us why you want the job. Remember, you are selling yourself to us.
One of your referees should be your last/present employer, where possible.
If you do not hear from us within 2 weeks of the closing date, you can assume that your application has been unsuccessful.
