Marches owns and manages nearly 2800 rented houses from 1 bed flats to large family homes across Herefordshire, Shropshire, Worcestershire and the Forest of Dean, for people on low income.

Our homes are allocated through choice based lettings partnerships within the counties in which we operate; these enable residents to choose their own new homes.

We also allow our tenants to move through an exchange of property (mutual exchange) and offer our residents the free service of HomeSwapper; this is a web based national exchange register.

Marches work with local councils to help families find homes more suitable to their personal circumstances.
